Executive "Side-by-Side" Funds
FFC manages three "side-by-side" funds, FFC Executive Partners I, FFC Executive Partners II, and FFC Executive Partners III . These funds allow healthcare executives and physicians known to FFC's investment team to invest alongside our institutional investors. Over 120 healthcare executives and physicians have invested in our executive partnerships. Our side-by-side investors serve as additional sources of due diligence information and potential transactions.
Relationships with Investors and Financing Sources
FFC has co-invested and underwritten transactions with many leading venture capital and buy-out funds. As a result, we have the capability to lead larger transactions or find targeted venture capital investors for growing portfolio companies.
We have similar relationships with many leading lenders, underwriters, and advisors to the healthcare industry and, in fact, several of these lenders are investors in FFC's institutional partnerships. FFC has assisted its portfolio companies to establish working capital, asset-based, and acquisition lines as well as advisory investment banking relationships. |
